Orders

There is no minimum order, except for the products specified (packs or boxes), so most of the products can be purchased from one unit.

Delivery time

In each item is indicated a delivery time that is the usual, but may be somewhat variable in certain cases (stock-outs, transport incidents, vacations, vacations, etc..). The delivery time will depend on whether they are items that we have in stock. Anyway, if you want the delivery time on a specific date, please inform us about it.

There may always be stock ruptures on the part of our suppliers that cause delays, incidents of which we inform by email. The usual delivery time is approximately one week. When the customer receives the email of the departure of the goods, it should arrive by agency in 24 hours for peninsular shipments.

Shipping

The shipment of the material will be made after payment (bank transfer, credit card, Paypal). The shipment will be made by transport agency.

The shipping costs are those indicated at the time of purchase on our website. All the shipments are by agency (SEUR) being the price of the postage the following ones:

– Peninsula: between 7€ depending on the products purchased.

All orders of more than 100,00€ will be shipped prepaid*.

Availability

All orders are shipped complete.

Goods receipt

Products should be checked upon receipt for references, quality, sizes, color, etc.

Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. The total amount of your purchase will be refunded, together with the possible shipping costs.

Returns

To request the return of an order, or part of it, you must access (My account)

Notifications of returned merchandise must be received at the offices of www.sagarfijaciones.com (Sagar Fijaciones, S.L.), within 14 days of receipt of the order by the customer, as required by law. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

The costs for a return are for the customer. The transport costs derived from the return of the product (postage to our offices) are borne by the customer, who must send the product properly packaged and postage prepaid.

Returned garments must be sent in their original packaging, if any.

No return of products will be accepted once they have been manipulated or used by the customer.

If the product arrives defective in origin or does not correspond to what was ordered: In this case we will send you the same article or reference and pick up the defective one.

We will not accept returns of any damaged, used or soiled item, as well as any item that does not come in its original packaging.
