SOUDAL WINDOW SYSTEM (SWS)

Thanks to its diversity of products (sealants, PU foams, pre-compressed tapes, liquid and fabric membranes), SWS can always offer the right combination and solution, regardless of the construction or installation method.
Soudaseal 2K Foam
Soudaseal 2K is a two-component, super-fast curing hybrid polymer sealant adhesive.
Ideal for elastic bonding applications where rapid curing is required. Rapid increase in resistance. High performance mechanical properties. Permanently elastic after curing. Does not contain isocyanates, silicone or solvents. Cures without the presence of atmospheric humidity.
Soudaseal 2K is perfect for bonding and sealing applications in industry, construction and building. Adhesion between metal, coated and many plastic surfaces. Elastic bonding applications in the automotive, bus, caravan and train industries, where rapid curing and increased strength are required.
Suitable for gluing the entire surface of non-porous materials (sheets) and large surfaces that do not allow atmospheric moisture to pass through.

FLEXIFOAM Polyurethane Foam
Flexifoam is a flexible, controlled expansion PU foam ideal for efficient window installation. Its high flexibility and memory effect allow it to maintain its technical and mechanical characteristics, absorbing joint movements during 9,000 contraction-expansion cycles.
This foam provides excellent acoustic insulation (63 dB), and term (0.0345 W/mk thermal transmittance), being also airtight with a value of <0.1 m³/ (h.m (daPa) 2/3) .
Its open cell structure prevents condensation in the joint, evacuating humidity and the problems it can generate. The characteristics of Flexifoam have been certified by IFT Rosenheim and the RAL Institute. In addition, due to its low VOC emissions and its EC1+ certificate, it is compatible with LEED AND BREEAM systems.
Thanks to its exclusive Duravalve valve, which significantly increases performance and improves extrusion, it can be stored or transported in a horizontal position, also having a shelf life of 2 years.

SWS INSIDE EXTRA Sealing Membranes
SWS Inside Extra is an air-impermeable and vapor-tight fabric membrane, composed of a laminated polyethylene veil and covered on both sides with a felt cover. It is used in the interior area of the installation to achieve watertightness, airtightness and offer resistance to vapor escape at the connection joints of the enclosure.
Properties:
- For interior applications
- Vapor barrier: Sd ≥ 47 m
- Flexible and tear resistant
- Adhesive incorporated at its ends for fixing to the window and the work
- Can be plastered and glued on
SWS OUTSIDE EXTRA Sealing Membranes
SWS Outside Extra is an air-impermeable and vapor-open fabric membrane, composed of a laminated polyethylene veil and covered on both sides with a felt cover. It is used in the exterior area of the installation to ensure watertightness, airtightness and allow steam to escape at the connection joints of the enclosure.
Properties:
- For outdoor applications
- Vapor permeable: Sd ≤ 0.72m
- Resistant to air, torrential rain, wind and UV rays
- Flexible and tear resistant
- Adhesive incorporated at its ends for fixing to the window and the work
- Can be plastered and glued on
Soudatight LQ
Soudatight LQ is a fiber-reinforced polymeric paste that, when removed, forms a continuous elastic membrane. Its application is one with a brush. It is used in the interior area of the installation for air and vapor tightness in the connection joints of the enclosure. Its minimum SD value is 37.5 m, being variable depending on the thickness of the layer applied.

- Minimum SD value: 37.5m
- Reinforced with fiberglass (suitable for covering cracks up to 2mm)
- Remains elastic after curing
- Can be painted, plastered or taped after drying
- For indoor use only
- Available in blue (turns black after curing) and white
Soudatight SP
Soudatight SP is a fiber-reinforced polymeric paste that, when removed, forms a continuous elastic membrane. Its application is by means of pressurized air with an “Airless” type spraying machine. It is used in the interior area of the installation for air and vapor tightness in the connection joints of the enclosure. Its minimum SD value is 43.1 m, being variable depending on the thickness of the layer applied.

Soudatight HYBRID
Soudatight Hybrid, the hybrid version, is designed for both internal and external use. This product allows for the very simple and rapid application of a continuous elastic membrane that is air and rain tight to penetrations, joints and surfaces (no roof applications). It can be applied in the form of beads or sprayed as a coating with the pneumatic gun or with a spatula.
